After 22 years, an invitation to a legendary concert featuring bands playing in the style our moms used to call “Sharpi Druty"...
A return to the scene of the crime in Pudlov, to the pub U Studny, where DŽIPRS first performed in 1991!
The program will begin at 4:00 PM with a screening of an hour-long recording from the JEEPERS CREEPERS concert in Pudlov in 1991.
5:15 PM ZZKLPIDL -the legendary band from Bohumín straddling the boundaries of noise/core/disharmonic/blues (they recorded a new single this year). It's expected that if they perform, it'll be such a mess or such a smoke show that Grog will want to play all his hits... After 30 years and without a rehearsal... just Pidl...
5:30 PM 128 POSLEDNICH - another band from Bohumín that rocks and doesn't let anything dampen their spirits. We'll be surprised by how much energy the guys still have.
8:00 PM VERPA - A band from Bohumín whose origins date back to 1985 and who set the pace for thrash; apparently, they got together specifically for this concert, so we shouldn't expect a retro set. They're all about thrash-death.
9:00 PM KATTYGYALL KENTA - Another Bohumín star known even to those who gaze at the Vltava every day. Their reggae/world/dub music will appeal especially to women and those with a more delicate sensibility. K. Kenta performs alongside DJ Martyzan.
10:00 PM THCULTURE - A band from Daleký Rzeszów that also played at the last Jeepers in 1997. The vocalist, composer, and music video creator hails from the legendary Polish punk band Smar SW. Currently, he performs only with a drummer and samples, and the whole performance is complemented by a music video. His socially conscious songs address the evils of this world. A profound reflection on where we're actually headed? A mix of H/C/Noise/Trance.
11:30 PM NIKANDER - An uncompromising band from Brno featuring a vocalist from Orłowa, leaving no doubt that a gentle creature can be truly tough. Their latest album, titled "Sekera prohnáná kolenem," speaks for itself. Sludge/Metal
12:30 AM P.O.P. (Protokoły Paranoi) - this band prefers to play after midnight, and judging by the name, we can assume it's a duo, sometimes a trio, featuring a vocalist who splits his time between Prague and Los Angeles and a guitarist from the legendary band Temný krtek from Třebíč.
